Our Yoga Teacher Training is special . . .

Upon completion, you are eligible to apply to become a 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. 

Your tuition includes an additional certification and level 1 attunement to become a Reiki practitioner.

This program combines live in-person classes with virtual classes held on Zoom. Class recordings can be made available for arranged absences.  Hybrid program also includes Reiki Level 1 certification.

Throughout the program, I have woven evidence-based information on trauma, and it's effects on the body and how that may translate on the yoga mat. You will have additional insight on how to create asana sequences that are sensitive to students who may have experienced trauma, as well as, creating a safe space for your students to reconnect to their body and movement. 

This program is completely virtual.  Class recordings can be made available for arranged absences.  All materials will be in PDF format.  Tuition includes a PDF of program manual.

This yoga teacher training program fulfills 180CE hours with NCBTMB.  

Program must be fully completed in order to receive the 180 CE hours. 

It can be taken either Hybrid or completely virtual.
